  1. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes our legal basis concerning the protection of personal user data. In particular, it describes how data is collected and processed, and how users can exercise their rights.

  5. Data Controller (“Controller”) of your personal data is YOUARTISTE Sp. z o. o. (“YOUARTISTE”) with headquarters in Bydgoszcz (Poland), residing at B. Z. Nowickiego 8, registered with National Court Register (KRS) No. 690520.
  6. The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted via email: ptoszew@youartiste.com in any matter regarding the processing of your personal data.
  7. The personal data collected and used by YOUARTISTE is limited strictly to the data necessary for us to provide you with services we supply in the course of our ongoing business, while operating under the relevant data protection and other regulatory obligations.
  8. Personal data is in most cases collected directly from you, or generated as part of the use of our online platform www.youartiste.com (“the Website”) for the following purposes:
    1. To process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests, e.g. for statistical purposes;

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to request their rectification, deletion, processing restrictions, the right to transfer data to another data controller, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time without affecting compliance with the law of processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.
